International Package Delivery Agreement
Given the unique challenges of international shipping, please ensure you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding package compensation:
Ponybuy won't offer compensation for products lost, damaged, delayed, seized by customs, or lacking in quantity during shipping due to factors beyond our control. This includes indirect losses or unrealized profits. For specifics, please refer to our "Insurance and Compensation of Parcels" section.
Ponybuy won't compensate for uninsured packages in situations such as loss due to natural disasters, customs issues, intact packages missing internal items without signs of tampering, or packages seized by customs with no evidence of improper delivery. Additionally, no compensation is provided for losses attributed to the customer's fault or the nature of the mailed item, nor for failure to claim compensation within the specified period. If a package is detained, confiscated, or destroyed according to the laws of the destination country, no compensation will be provided.
Prohibited Items
We adhere to national and international regulations regarding prohibited and restricted mail items, including:
- Items banned by national law.
- Hazardous materials such as explosives, flammables, or toxic substances.
- Content deemed reactionary, obscene, or otherwise harmful.
- Currency.
- Public health risks.
- Perishable items.
- Live animals, except for bees, silkworms, and leeches with safe packaging.
- Inadequately packaged items that pose risks or can contaminate other mail.
- Other unsuitable items for mail shipping.
Items not suitable for mail due to their potential to harm postal workers, contaminate other parcels, or disrupt postal equipment include those with sharp edges, firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, and items deemed a security risk or containing obscene content.
